Hello, I would like to introduce you to the Easter Bunny...Here he is hopping around in the grass...

I suppose you all know what work the Easter Bunny does bringing us baskets of eggs for Easter, but have you ever thought about all the preparation he must do before?

In order to give out all those beautiful colored eggs, he must spend a lot of time painting all of them and that is a lot of work.

Some of the eggs get painted a rich red...

and some of the eggs get painted a beautiful blue...

Then, of course, he paints some eggs grass green and some also in that truly Eastery color...yummy yellow...

And he also paints some of the eggs in those super special colors such as pretty pink, outstanding orange or plum purple...

When he is finished painting the eggs, he is extremely proud of his work and likes to show-off his beautiful eggs.

When they are all together, prepared to be given away, in that Easter Basket they look so beautiful, just like a rainbow...

...but what is that?

What is the plum purple egg doing jumping up and down?

Oh no, there goes the plum purple egg! This happens much too often to the poor Easter Bunny. After all his work to paint all those eggs, there are always some with chicks in them. Oh well, ...

but, oh my goodness, this chick is plum purple!!!

Well, some eggs have chicks in them, and some even have plum purple chicks in them.

The only thing is, the Easter Bunny doesn't have time to paint new eggs to replace the broken eggs, so he just gives away the Easter baskets with the chicks in them and replaces the broken eggs with a chocolate ones.

That's the way it is.

And...

this very basket just happens to be for you!

Happy Easter!
